There is no chatbot and no assistant. Nothing here profiles you, recommends anything to you automatically or decides anything about you. The system selector filters maintained data, the 3D views are a rendering library, and the contact form sends an email. Nothing on these pages learns from your visit.

Tools support our work, people decide.

We use software with AI functions where it helps — for drafting and editing text and for producing images. What ends up on the German website is reviewed and released by RiLO. This English version is a machine translation that we have not yet fully reviewed; the German version is authoritative. Technical figures, standards and test results come from our own documents and are checked against them, never from a generated text.

A person answers you.

Enquiries through the contact form, by email or by phone reach our technical department and are answered by people who build these ceilings. No automated reply stands between you and them.
